3. Processing and delivery times : We usually take 24-48 hours to process the order (for products ready to ship), but some products may require longer processing time. Each product has a delivery time indicated in its data sheet. Please note that delivery times for made-to-order jewelery are at least 25 working days. For personalized jewellery, returns are not permitted.

4. Christmas Period : During the Christmas period, orders may take longer to process. As of December 15th, we cannot guarantee packages will arrive before Christmas. Please contact us in advance if your order is urgent.

5. Courier delivery time : Courier delivery time is generally 1-3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Please note that deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may take an extra working day. Fazio SAS is not responsible for any unexpected delays by the courier.

The delivery of your parcels takes place via courier and we want to share some important information so that the delivery process is as smooth as possible.

1. Signature for delivery : Upon arrival of the package, the courier will require a signature from the person receiving the package as confirmation of delivery. It is essential that the person signing is present at the delivery address provided when placing the order. If the person signing is different from the customer whose name appears in the delivery address, the customer still remains responsible for the package and any costs associated with it.

2. Delivery times : The courier's delivery times range approximately from 8:30 to 18:00. Please note that it is not possible to select a specific delivery time. The courier will make the first delivery attempt and, if the recipient is not present, will try again in the following days for a maximum of two attempts.

3. Delivery address and responsibility : It is of fundamental importance that you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and the courier fails to deliver the package, or if the package is returned to us if you fail to contact us, the package will be returned to the sender and the relevant transport costs will be charged.

4. Surname on the intercom : In the delivery address, we ask you to always correctly indicate the surname shown on the intercom to facilitate delivery of the package.

5. Telephone number and email : It is essential to provide a valid telephone number and a working email address at the time of ordering. This data allows us to contact you in the event of a failed delivery or a package in storage, ensuring effective communication during the delivery process.

In this case, we will immediately send you a communication to inform you of the cancellation of the order and we will refund the amount already paid for the unavailable items.
